How and when your furniture reaches you, and what happens on delivery day.
Delivery times
Ready-stock items usually reach you within 3–5 working days.
Custom-made pieces take 3–5 weeks depending on the material and finish. We confirm an exact delivery date in writing before production starts.
Delivery charges
Each product page shows whether delivery is free or whether delivery charges apply. Where charges apply, our team confirms the amount with you before your order is finalised, so there are no surprises.
For deliveries outside Lahore, we quote transport separately before you confirm the order.
Installation
Our own team delivers, assembles and installs your furniture, places it where you want it and clears the packaging.
For large offices we can deliver in phases around your fit-out or move-in schedule.
Before delivery day
- Please make sure the furniture can pass through doors, stairs and lifts. Tell us in advance about narrow access or upper floors without a lift.
- Someone should be available to receive the order and check it.
- If you need to change the delivery date, let us know as early as possible.
Checking your order
Please check every piece when it is delivered and tell our team right away about any damage or missing parts, so we can put it right.
Payment
No payment is taken online. A 50% advance confirms your order and the balance is paid at delivery.
