About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed with Zenvic Furnitures & Interiors through our website, showroom, phone or WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices and quotations
Prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees. For custom work, the price is the one on your written quotation, which is valid for the period stated on it.
We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when we receive the 50% advance. The balance is due at delivery. No payment is taken on the website.
Custom designs
Production starts only after you approve the design, sizes and finishes. Changes after approval may affect the price and delivery date.
Wood grain, colours and fabrics can vary slightly from photos, screens and samples. This is natural and not a defect.
Delivery
Delivery dates are confirmed in writing. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for details on timing, charges and access.
Cancellations
Ready-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as the materials are cut for you.
